Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event.

Safety

Renters are responsible for safe use of all equipment during the rental period. Users must follow all posted safety rules. batman is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.

Liability

batman carries comprehensive liability insurance. Renters are responsible for the unit during the rental period and may be held responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
